Run from this company and their lies!! Once you have signed the contract, it does not matter what you were told by the salesman or the person on the conference call setting up your account. You will not be heard when you feel like you must cancel your service after 16 months to use that money to care for your family after falling on hard financial times!! DO NOT sign the contract!!

After hours of research, decided to go with Link Interactive based on cost, reviews, affiliation with Costco, and monitoring capabilities and wireless technology. Went with basic security system, which was easy to install (doors, windows, glass, motion). Monitoring pricing is competitive, technical help and customer service was great. Would definitely recommend.

We really like our Link system. Putting the system in was pretty easy and any questions we had were answered over the phone. I really like being able to use my cell phone to deal with the alarm, or set it when I forget. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is when we bought the system at the Nashville home show our box was scanned so when the rest of the equipment arrived via the postal system the system would be able to match up to communicate with the rest. It didn't. We had to read the serial numbers off each piece of equipment to the rep on the phone. It didn't take long, but wished we would have know that before putting it up on doors/windows.

Seems to work just fine once I got it completely installed. The system is a little pricey, the instructions could have been better and if technical assistance is needed for the installation you have to call during office hours.

I consider myself a very techy person, but not a DIY person. Before our house was completed, I had been researching all types of different alarm companies. Local, DIY, but all monitored. I tried a few, and due to age of house (80+yrs old), they did not work without me having to modify doors in ways I did not want to do. I tried local alarm companies and while they were pretty much offering the same type of service (Alarm.com as back bone), they were really expensive and the support was not as good as I wanted it to be.I came across LinkInteractive in the last of my searching's, and after reading all the reviews and talking to their customer service, I decided to get it purchased and give it a shot. Received my order within a few days and went to work on it. As said before, I am not a DIY guy. Took me about 2 hours to install the door sensors, glass break sensors, water/all elements sensor, and motion sensors. I had an image motion sensor as well (was returned due to too many false alarms caused by 30lb small dog) and customer service walked me from A-Z to get it added to my system.The door sensors are small, the touch panel is great (I did not go with the Q3 version), the motion sensors are a bit bigger than what I'm used to seeing, the glass break sensors look just like all the others and the water/all elements is about the same as others. Since I already own 4 Nest Protects, I was not going to buy more for the house. LinkInteractive offers a device you put to 1 of them (since mine are linked, I only needed 1), and if the smoke/CO2 goes off, the alarm company will call me as well.Each time I've called or emailed customer service, they have been very quick to respond and very friendly. Their monthly is very cheap, yes they lock you into a 3yr contract, but I don't plan on not ever having security at my house, so it was a no brainer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an alarm for their house.

Researched two other security systems and this by far stood out to me and my husband. Instructionn very easy to understand and installation not difficult at all. I feel very safe knowing this system is in place and having access to the panic button at all times when at home or outside of my home working in the shop or out in our garden etc. The customer service at Link Interactive and Alarm.com have always been professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend this system to any homeowner or business owner.
